4. Service "As Is" & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an"as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the last six (6) months. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately for breach of these Terms,including non-payment.
